I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There were only about five other groups of customers, so it certainly wasn't busy. When we walked in, we stood by the door while several staff members walked past us without acknowledging our presence.

We've visited this restaurant several times and consistently have the same experience: no one greets us when we arrive. You end up waiting at the front desk for quite a while...
