Maine Lobster Now - Saco

Absolutely amazing! I grew up in Portland but don't visit often since I now live in Arizona. The lobsters arrived during a scorching 115-degree weekend, and they were perfect. We had the best dinner—I treated some friends to several 1.5-pound beauties, and the customer service was outstanding as well. I definitely plan to recreate this special night and place more orders in the future. You all are the best!

This is an excellent spot for ordering lobster! I purchased several two-pack lobster tails for my grandson's birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The tails were shipped to California and arrived still frozen. I'm definitely planning to buy whole lobsters next, along with crab legs from their sister site.

I ordered the U10 diver scallops, and they are fantastic! They are large, sweet, and taste fresh without any chemicals. However, I did receive one scallop that was smaller than expected, and the packaging could use some improvement. All the scallops are packed together, which means you have to cook them all at once. It would be great to have them vacuum-packed and individually separated so that I could take out just the amount I need. That said, the free and fast shipping was a nice added benefit. I highly recommend ordering from this company; they are excellent!

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. I attempted to contact them for over two weeks to place a large order of more than 150 live lobsters for my daughter's wedding, but no one ever answered the phone. Despite leaving multiple messages, I never received a callback. As a result, I decided to take my business to 207 Lobster instead, and they were fantastic and significantly cheaper.

We ordered lobster, steamers, and shrimp cocktail, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Cooking the lobsters and steamers was easy, and they were absolutely delicious. Living on the West Coast, we had forgotten just how amazing New England seafood can be.
