DoorDashed me and my employees hurry. The order was missing. I called (two) they told me that I will be reordered and recharged by DoorDash. Nothing they can do? I love the kindness of the staff, but always don't get what I ordered. I called and spoke to a manager a few weeks ago and only shared the experience and he gave me some free drinks cards to try again. Thank God it was free today because I asked for seven caramel in my cappuccino, double checked before leaving, was said yes it was done, let it go cool to my doctor appointment and it is black. Really regrettable, but I can't justify spending $4 somewhere if they don't have the courtesy to make my order.
Hands down the worst place to go time. Customer service is atrocious. For a dollar more expensive than Dunkin? is a joke not worth 50 cents

I love AJ's, but they forgot to add steamed milk to my London Fog, so all I ended up with was a large tea with vanilla.
