Called the same day and asked them what I needed. They were so came and it turned out just how my niece wanted it.

When ordering online I HIGHLY recommend you describe your design of the cake in the instruction box. I just picked up my cake and it was the wrong design. They did offer a 30% off on my next cake order or they redo it BUT not on same day. So if you get a cake get it day before or you'll be stuck with wrong cake like me. The workers are very friendly and very polite I just wish the one who decorated would have paid attention to the actual design . I WILL order from them again and I do hope my next experience will be better.

I have always bought cookies on Saturday at around 9:50 AM.all of the sudden these new employees 3 of them present one of them tells me they don't open until 11:00.First they let me and my kids just stand there staring at the cookies and them. They stare at us and then look the other way pretending we don't exist then they decide to let us know they are closed.Let people know you are closed as soon as they stand there or put a sign that says opens at 11:00

The cookies are always good, and their Icee machine had all flavors available! Can't beat that lol
