We saw that this hotel offered the local potato dish rosti with mushrooms, herbs and vegetables. Great! The meals came, I was told to be careful as the metal dish was so...hot, the cheese on the top was sizzling. The Rosti was stone cold under the cheese. The manageress apologised and took it away. A new meal was brought. This too was still chilled in the middle. Again the manageress was called, she took it away and offered a third meal. I actually thought she was joking. I told her I couldn't face the same thing happening again, she said she understood and that I wouldn't have to pay for my meal. This was after hiking all day in the Alps, and watching as my partner polished off his sausage meal. I was starving. All they needed to do was put the oven on for a bit longer. They need to reassess timings, especially if they pre-cook and chill the meals. Very disappointed.

No tomato... read more As I wait for my large portion I received a small piece of pie and a plate full of salad leaves drowned in dressing. A salad with nothing but lettuce? No tomato, cucumber etc... Basics. 4.80chf for a small bottle of water. Really had the...highest of expectations for this place but would not return. Feel like we overpaid, under ate and definitely did not enjoy. I could of eaten more from the garden
