This used to be one of the best mountain restaurants anywhere when David, Marin and the Marcus Neff team ran it. All the food is great, and the service is also wonderful. Great team of professionals making this the best place to eat in the Saas-Fee mountain.
At 2’450 meters high, the culinaryly demanding mountaineer feeds completely. sporty guests climb the station to the foot, the others travel with the cable car. with the bourgeois pass the ride is most convenient.The portion of the kartoffel corner with sour cream for fr. 9.- tasted good. the Peis performance ratio was right for me. the service was pleasantly attentive and friendly and the toilets clean.Wenige meter under the mountain station you can feed with some luck wild murmeltiere. a beautiful experience, which according to locals is due to the host of the restaurant (and its predecessors).I will return to the game floor, for eating, but also for murmeltier feeding.
We went to the playground restaurant to eat lunch after skiing. We had good food, good wine and good service: Recommended!
Service is really good and the location right in the sun at noon and lunch is ideal for a drink or one of its many possibilities for a good glass of wine. Get her gnocchi or truffle pasta, or on a cold day her goulasch.
