Art & Ski In Hotel Hinterhag - Saalbach

Nothing lasts forever I suppose. We loved the Hinterhag before lockdown but it must have changed hands. Poor beer and entertainment, little atmosphere, no Red Bull(! very limited stock of any kind. I'd be interested to know what happened to the old place, but definitely not recommended this year. Pity ..

This place could be brilliant I say COULD. The place is an old cow shed with a great set up and feel. The live music is great as it’s all Austria fun music. But the booze is the lowest grade ever including wine and beers that you can’t even drink it and it’s expensive compared to most places. Shame because the beer and wine in Austria is good stuff

Immer eine sehr schöne und kulinarische Erfahrung der Chef selber sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und mit einem sehr Großen Herz für was er macht.Das Augenmerk liegt auf italienischen Produkten und Lebensstil. Sehr schönen Empfang Personal stellt sich persönlich vor und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen doch sollte man bei seppi's ein wenig Zeit mit nehmen, man ist einen kompletten Abend ausMit Empfang, mit wein Verkostung, mit Speisen Erklärung, mit amuse, und Dan natürlich das köstliches essen.... frische Produkten und mal was anderesSehr empfehlenswert....

Alles tip-top. Vor allem für Fleischliebhaber ein echter Tipp. Reservieren lohnt sich, da das Restaurant nicht groß ist.
