We were getting ready to spend a good afternoon at the end of summer. We decided to go to said restaurant where, after a quick dip, we went to the table and they took our orders. The second dish was not exactly what was ordered, but we decided not to change it since we liked it a lot. The problem arose when paying when they charged us for what they had not served us and, much to our regret, they did not offer us any solution. Furthermore, the person in charge blamed us on several occasions, stating that it was our mistake for not having reported it. It is clear that the client is often not right, but he is the one who pays and cannot be deceived. Having to pay for a service not enjoyed is unethical, even more so if you have not done your job well or have not fixed “errors” in the letter. We have been enjoying this restaurant for more than four years and we get the feeling that they have lost some good customers. A shame, really.
