NO WAY THIS ISN’T 5 STAR ALL DAY!!!!! This place was so good. Authentic! Great staff who were helpful with recommendations. A great atmosphere complete with music and dancing. It is “split” slightly so you have a restaurant in one side and a bar in the other. I would have sat in either and had a blast. The food was excellent. Steak Trancas were to die for and I would go back in a second. This really is a must try if... View all feedback.
What Daniel Camacho doesn't like about Rancho Las Trancas:
$3 for a cup of salsa verde? First and last time I go. They have every right to charge whatever they want. But here it goes:1. I had to eat the taco with a spoon. How do you think about putting the tacos on top of the beans and rice? Obviously the tortilla will get wet and when you lift it, it will fall apart.2. I ordered the tacos with green sauce. NEVER in my life have I had to pay for sauce for my tacos, how ridiculous!3. They don't give you lemons. Thank goodness I didn't ask for lemons. Maybe and they charge me the whole tree.4. Almost 5 dollars for a little jar. I can't imagine how much drinks cost there.I do not recommend this place. Very friendly people. But at those prices, I see why the place is empty. For 2 asada tacos with green sauce, rice and beans and a jar it cost me $30.
Classic, old school Northern California Mexican cuisine. Great, fresh table salsa. Been dining here for 25+ years and the food is consistently tasty. Bonus- Mariachi Bands weekly (check their website for current schedule).
Very Authentic, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was top notch. 10/10 would recommend.

BEWARE their house spicy salsa, the darker one, has a good deal of kick to it.
Old school great! Mexican like I remember as a kid in the 60s 70s... great food, chips/salsa and service!
We went because my friend saw it on TikTok but we were really disappointed, including the Mexican member of our party.
