The Cheesecake Factory - Feedback

What Jesus Cendejas doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
I went there yesterday Saturday with my family, to celebrate Mothers Day, to avoid big crowds. The server Fernando P. at the end turned the bill with gratitudty add 18%. He was never around, we had ask for things to other employees. Bread, straws, etc. Regardless the service, I always tip. But 18% automatically added made me mad. We just came here to pick up a slice of the cheese cake, it was decent, but my wife liked it. I think it was a little over priced, $24 for 2 slices. I've been to a cheesecake factory before and I put it in the same category as all the other chains.
