I first met Chef Poe Earnest when he catered an event for Gianni Buonomo Winery, and everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a vegetarian four-course menu, with Chef Poe or his sous chef Carlos explaining each dish. With 18 years of training, Chef Poe specializes in healthy vegetarian and vegan cuisine, but he is capable of preparing a diverse range of dishes. Our tasting menu featured a mushroom-stuffed risotto, two types of mushroom bruschetta, a mushroom salad, and mushroom pasta. I can't wait for another event with Chef Poe! P.S. Wow! The flavors are absolutely incredible! The portions are just right, and the variety is both bold and complex. I've been fortunate enough to attend several of their pop-up events across San Diego. From a gourmet grilled cheese to the Ramen bowl I've always dreamed of, I enjoyed every single dish. And to make it even better, Chef Poe provides Vegan-friendly options! The food is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the ingredients are top-notch. Excellent job! Thank you!

Love love this this food. This chef is absolutely amazing. I have ate his food on numerous occasions and events and it never disappoints. Rather you looking for something hearty or a vegan this is the chef for you. Never disappoints and goes above and beyond to make it happen. Never hurts that the food is absolutely amazing!!
