Pizza Hut - S San Diego

So the 2 stars are from my previous time. This time I ordered and my pizza was undercooked and doughy. I felt even sicker after eating. I went back with the whole thing to get a refund but ended waiting an hour for them to remake it. I did get $15 credit and a free 2 liter Pepsi, though that doesn't make up for to $30+ bucks I spent and the time and gas I spent to and from. The employees were kind and polite and explained that they had to use an oven that wasn't in use for the past 2 years. Stuff happens, I understand. But $30+ is too much to waste and my gas and time, especially nowadays. I would still recommend thus spot.

Cindy and her coworker the cook, whose name unfortunately I didn't get, we're both fantastic. Even having to work on a gloomy Memorial Day like this they were both positive and energetic. Also, when I came back from the donut shop and told Cindy that all their good Donuts were now gone she offered me 1 of hers that she got from a dozen earlier that day! That really made my day, it's so great to meet Sweet people like that. Thank you very much Cindy and I hope that you and the rest of the staff have a great Memorial Day

This is the second time this month I order the thin crust buffalo chicken pizza and they didn’t put any buffalo sauce on the pizza.

Had a meal delivered from this Pizza Hut but they gave the wrong one to the delivery driver.When they were contacted by phone they said they had my order there but the Door Dash driver took the wrong one, no apologies for their incompetence and I would suggest that you don’t order from this restaurant.

The pizza sauce was not what I remember, as the last time I had Pizza Hut was years ago. The staff who helped me pick up my pizza were kind and helpful.
