What William Sanders doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The people here hate their jobs and it is absolutely apparent. I tipped $5 on my $20 pick up order and the cashier rolled his eyes. No thank you, no have a nice night. As someone who managed in customer service for 30 years this is obviously a systemic issue and a lack of training. With so many alternatives for pizza I'll take my business elsewhere View all feedback.
Skimpy toppings....otherwise ok. I usually purchase their specials. Last 2 years....going downhill.

Good pizza but over $20 for a medium size pizza? Plus on the phone order many suggestions for upgrades and extra items.
Had their special spicy garlic pizza which was soggy and folds easily in to half!
Pizza was good, but they forgot one of our toppings.
