Mcdonald's - S San Diego

The food was hot, the workers were friendly and the food prep area was not over crowded. The restaurant was clean including the bathroom.

I visited this location just before midday on a Friday and it was extremely busy (perhaps due to the free fries w/purchase deal). I received my to-go order quickly and left. Considering how busy this location was both inside and at the drive-thru, I was surprised to find that my fries were half warm and my burger (while hot) had clearly been sitting around for a long time. The cheese was coagulated and the bun had hardened. Unfortunately, I was a half mile away before I discovered this fact but luckily, I had the time to drive back to the restaurant and ask for a replacement. If I had been on my way to work and not had the time, I would have ended up just throwing the burger away. Pros: My original order came quickly and when I went back my burger was quickly replaced.
