Hey Greg, this place is kinda like grainmaker. Been once and food was fine (got the peri peri chicken) but another order asked for tofu on the side and they never included it. Didn't charge us for it so 4/5Peri peri chicken is maybe saltier than I wanted. Has vegan options I think though View all feedback.

Head lettuce is generally good. I ordered a salad with chicken and found chunks of steak throughout the salad. A little off putting. Makes me wonder about food handling and storage View all feedback.
Peri Peri Chicken Bowl is where it?s at. Pricing is high, but inflation is as well. Good quality and amount of food.
Vitality bowl!!! I am addicted to this bowl. I feel satisfied like all of my cravings are taken care of in one bite. The customer service is outstanding I was shocked at how fast I got my food! They?re very focused on being sure your food comesout in good timing and I will keep coming back!
The food hall is on the corner of Mission and garnet how amazing love head lettuce, checkered churros, spit fires, and early breakfast burritos, if ever in Pacific beach or La Jolla can get amazing food in either place , love Head lettuce cuz the salads are soo big it can feed 2 people : my favorite is the green goddess
Tried the new Pb location. Left out several items from my build your own salad. Very expensive $20For a drinks and salad).
So good ! I got the carne truffle asada bowl and it was absolutely amazing definitely recommend to anyone coming here for their first time !
