Not sure what happened to this place. The food and atmosphere used to be excellent. This time, a worker sat in the front of the restaurant for our entire meal and had a loud conversation on speaker phone. It was a slow lunch period and that’s all you could hear. The hot soup is really really good, one of the best soup I ever had
Great service first, they gave my toddlers a toy and a pouch of seaweeds, which they loved! At the end, we got ice cream sandwich on the house, we really appreciate all the goodies. However, the food in general is salty! The soondubu (tofu) was salty even though the Tofu was silky. The short ribs soup with vermicelli was salty, not worth the price at all. The seafood pancake has no taste and too lose, doesn't have the chewy and crunchy texture. The best value was the sweet beef (bulgogi) rice plate, very generous portion and flavorful.
My son and my husband really like their food but I ordered the fish and it was very sad looking. I thought it would come with something to go with it but it was just 2 pieces of fish. Next time I will try something different.
I came back again after a year. Foods taste better and service is amazing.
