Cravin Crab Cakes - S San Diego

Ordered delivery here. Shrimp and grits, gumbo and red beans and rice. Shrimp and grits had 10 medium Shrimp and alot of sliced sausage but grits were dry and stiff. Not creamy at all and really needed a sauce. The gumbo was more like jambalaya. The rice should be packed separately because it soaked up all the liquid. Red beans and rice was mostly rice. Very little beans and the seasoning had a weird flavor I couldn't identify but was not to my liking. Very overseasoned and salty. I had been excited to try this place but wouldn't order any of these items again. Might try crab cakes in the future to give them another chance.

Drove down 25 minutes to get there. They were closed 1 hour before scheduled closing time. Spoke to employees at the building they r located, they said always to call at least 4 hours before coming there as they do this all the time. I asked them about the quality of the food and their answer was its too expensive for them to eat there . Not returning!

Mac n cheese..spicy delicious ?Huge shrimp ? juicy meat ? pieces of crab ?...obviously awesomeness ??

Drove 30 minutes to this restaurant just to see a sign that they are on vacation for the next 2 weeks. This is after driving around in circles trying to find the place which apparently is inside this extremely ghetto place called fam mart. When you walk in there is security everywhere. It does not feel safe at all and is in a very bad neighborhood. Avoid at all costs. It 's not worth your life for a crab cake.

Food was delicious, seasoned well, and a big portion. I got the double Cajun crab cakes, and fried shrimp with the jungle juice. It was delicious and enough to eat for at least 2 days. I was hungry so I ate right there outside the store. No frills, so don't expect that, but the food was worth it. Everything is cooked to order so be patient.
