Chicago Fire Grill - S San Diego

I’m not from Chicago, but I consider myself an amateur Chicago hot dog sleuth. I think this place is the real deal, with a Greek twist to their menu thrown in for our benefit. The guy at the counter has a little bit of Chicago attitude, but not offensive. He is very helpful and offers quick service. Plan to make this place a regular visit on my retired restaurant circuit.

This is the best place hands down, this place deserves 100 stars. 5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. The owner is an honorable man who deserves 5 Michelin stars. The food is amazing, the price is even better. You haven’t ate food until you’ve came here.

This is a great find! Small neighborhood spot that has great food at nice prices. My mom had the lamb gyros. She really liked it but vegetarians, don't fret! I had a tzatziki and hummus plate with salad that was delicious and filling. It is not on the menu but just ask for it. Will definitely be going back.

This place is far better than all the other food places in that center, I have tried them all and will go to Chicago Fire Grill over them all. The food quality, taste and portions are amazing, the price is mind blowing low. I seriously have been eating here twice a week for months since I moved in around the corner. Please support this non corporate business that cooks fantastic food for an insanely low price.

Food was great ?. Used to drive to Buena Park for Portillos, but this restaurant is pretty good and lot closer. Fries could be better.
