This place is right off the 805 and Adams. Cute, very nice inside with a cozy feel. Chips and Salsa were pretty darn good. First sign of a good mexican joint is the salsa and the salsa here was Goooood. I opted for the Carne Asada burrito and the GF went for the enchiladas. What Samuel Merlo doesn't like about Casa Adams:
Food wasn't bad. However it was defiantly over priced and expensive. Plus it offered smaller portions, so it seems you're paying more for less amounts of mediocre food than you might at another taco shop. I mean $10 for a small burrito thats lightly stuffed, no thank you. View all feedback.
Best chicken tacos I've had in a long time! Fresh warm chips and perfectly flavored salsa. So glad we stopped at Casa De Adams on our bike ride. We will definitely be back
Been there about four times, my son lives only three blocks away and is he one who recommended Casa Adams. Let me tell you, the place is always clean, very clean; the service is excellent, those two guys go back and forth when it is crowded and the food is always hot and right on time. Authentic home made Mexican flavor which makes each visit a pleasure. Prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is served all day long too. The family went there for a late breakfast today but I had an order of chile relleno with a beef burrito #31 I think) best i have had in quite a while. Fresh coffee all the time. highly recommended.

Well I have a place down south, and now I have a place in Central SD. Give them a try, write a review and support good businesses like these! Happy eating
First thing please come eat here. The prices are extremely low and you get a lot of food. We paid 12.95 for a breakfast platter of Huevos Rancheros and it came with orange juice and champagne. Mr Adams, the frontman and owner of the restaurant is an extremely nice man. He was helpful and he called his son for us to help us fix the wi fi. We worked on renaming the network and fixing the password. It feels good to help. We were just discussing the music we're hearing. It's authentic mexican music and it is a really good song. Sounds like it could be in a movie. The words don't matter though, it's almost a feeling that you get from music. Maybe an emotional high either way. It's really awesome. It doesn't even feel as though we're bothering him either. A lot of places start to feel strange if you're there for a while because the workers notice you. It's somewhat akin to what it's like to be a bum. Bums stay in one place and are known by the locals and they start to treat them a certain way. I'm glad this part of town doesn't seem to produce that as much as the other places we've been.
Best Mexican food in San Diego. Never disappointed. Yum yum
