The bagels itself good i would give them 3.5 or 4 stars ,But the reason i am giving 2 the people working there , not noce at all, rude and as if they hate the job and don't like to work there , they barely help you, hate answering questions/ taking orders.It is not comfortable eating there, specially if you have kids View all feedback.

Always friendly, the food is made with care and the staff is always ready to take my order with a smile.Simply the best bagel shop in all downtown area.Lunch hour is the best time to avoid the morning crowds.(1-2pm)My favorite spot.
Been coming here for nearly a decade, favorite is almost always a salmon bagel, open face (Edith the manager told me about this) with extra capers! If you've ever run into a last minute breakfast catering need, give them a call. Neydi, Mary, Aurora, Caro, Gloria and Liz are always helpful in a pinch!
