great place on the water. the hotel is located in a very industrial and urban area, an old animal feed factory. there are three venues, koud ijs caffe, caffe brouwers, aan de vaart werkwarenhuis van aken. all are great to visit during the events, for small talks, craftsmen beer and play evenings I would recommend the two bars down on the water.
