I love having Tim Hortons in my town! I knew of this fast food place in Canada and always wanted to try it and now I can have it whenever I want. I hope this franchise location always stays in business. I love the donuts and the coffee and cheddar bagel. What Kathleen O'Connor doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Took forever. Two 2 day old donuts. Taste less bacon, egg and cheese on a 2 bagels and 2 burnt tasting coffees took 45 minutes with 1 other person in front of us. Non friendly help at 10:30 am. All the tables were dirty too when i was there. I had to clean the table qith a baby wipe. There was like atleast 4 people working that day. View all feedback.
Always a great place to eat. Breakfast and lunches are good but their donuts are even better
Wide variety of liquor. Cool place on the inside. .....Like taking a step back in time.
Tim Hortons, Somerville is my all time favorite for fresh coffee! I used their catering services recently for our BRMS Teachers Appreciation Week Breakfast. The coffee was fresh, Muffins and Doughnuts were delicious! The communication was great! The Catering Manager Mr. Haque was very helpful with our order and thanks to the owner, for a generous discount! Thank you Tim Hortons Somerville, for making this a memorable experience. We truly appreciate it!
Update to original review to incorporate response to Guest Care. Update: Thank you for your response. To clarify, on the day this occurred (May 4), I did not email Tim Hortons, I actually contacted via the form you directed me to. Please see request 14236808. Original review: I placed a mobile order. It wasn't ready on time. I was directed to the pick up area and I had to keep waiving my hand and speaking up to get someone to help me. I know she saw my order because I said my first name and she said my last name. She gave me the donut and sent me to the sandwich pick up. I went to sandwich pick up and again had to get their attention. They directed me back to the mobile pick up. I explained what was going on. When I finally got them to look at their screen, they didn't see my order. I sent my son to get my phone from the car so I could show them that I placed and paid exactly what I was asking for. I had to show 2 employees before they made my sandwich. Well, tried to make my sausage, egg and cheese. We left with what we thought was our order only to find out it was an egg and cheese. I paid for a sandwich with sausage but there was no sausage. It was a very disappointing experience. I emailed Tim Hortons on May 4 with an explanation and a screenshot of my order. They apologized and said they would forward my email to the restaurant. I kept checking in but, as of today, June 7, I have heard nothing from the manager of the specific store.
Pretty good, clean a place. I hope they open more Tim Hortons in New Jersey...
