The Marine, Ryde

Beautiful bar and lovely hotel. Room was beautiful with a nice view, kept clean and tidy. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us despite needing an extra last minute room over the Christmas period. Thank you to all the staff!

My Brother has taken that place over with a new name... Hailed now as the Veteran it specialises in armed forces Veterans both active retired from active service, giving them a holiday much needed help if needed. This is a new project the only one in the country, that does this sort of thing. It's an ambitious very challenging undertaking especially in this present climate, but l feel confident that it can succeed.

Nice pub, friendly staff. Had some Czech lager, very nice.

Nice place for a quite drunk in the day comes alive about 8 o'clock with some decent music. Lots of choice with drink

Good little bar/pub. Well priced and fair choice in drinks. Seemed to have a little bit local atmosphere to it and prices were ok. Outside seating could have done with umbrellas, but overall recommendable.
