I even saw the owner take the barbecue straight off the smoker and prepare the salsa himself (while wearing gloves). The sauce they use on the spicy Hawaiian tacos is fantastic!

However, when I called to confirm, I was informed that they were closed and wouldn’t reopen until next week. I strongly suggest calling ahead if you're not from the area and plan to visit.
