Starbucks - Rutland

Although our drive-thru to-go order placed through the app was running about a minute behind the estimated prep time, they unnecessarily apologized for the delay. When we informed them of our arrival over the loudspeaker, we also added two large waters to our order, desperately needing hydration for our road trip. They exceeded our expectations, serving us the perfect drinks with no ice and filling two Trenta-sized cups with water. They even went above and beyond when they realized they were out of dark roast coffee; instead of leaving us without, they made a fresh batch just for me! Our milk flat white was delicious, and our sandwich was warm and satisfying. If I could, I would visit this place all the time. I've been a customer since 2010, probably even longer, and this staff was exceptional. Thank you once again!

Fantastic coffee and truly amazing, friendly baristas! I just want to add that I've been coming here since my first visit. The baristas are exceptional—keep up the awesome work! The coffee is wonderful, and I always leave happy. You all definitely deserve raises!

I've never been to Diets before this location opened in Rutland. I think they could improve their descriptions of the menu items because I ordered a sandwich (I can't recall which one) and it had some ingredients I didn't expect based on the picture and title, which was a bit disappointing. So, I recommend asking about the ingredients before ordering. However, everything else is great! I love the caramel band crispy drink—it's to die for!

Inconspicuous baristas. surprising management. not a great experience

Not the cheapest beverage you can get around but they are soooooo goooood makes the price worth it. Staff is always friendly. Store is always clean.
