Friendly, knowledge, welcoming staff. Everything is delicious ... if you can't decide, tell them different flavors you like, and they'll come up with the perfect suggestion!

All the ladies at 802 are AWESOME!!! They do a great job and are always fast and busy, lots of customers, great business!!! So stop in and say Hi to all the girls and get a great tea or shake !!
802 is truly one of my favorite spots, and their employees are unmatched. Today I purchased 5 drinks and as I arrived at my office, the carrier broke and 3 of the drinks fell and spilled everywhere. Not only was the staff apologetic, but they remadethem free of cost. 10/10 best customer service!
