The staff inside were very friendly, greeting us with a cheerful "Hello! How are you?" as soon as we stepped through the door. The food was decent, but the tables were a bit sticky and not very pleasant. As for the cookie, it looked a lot better than I did when I woke up this morning! View all feedback.

I had a terrible experience with my food. The fries were stale instead of cold, and my Big Mac was missing a bun and practically had nothing on it! I requested extra everything because I was hoping it would lift my spirits after a breakup. Is it too much to ask for decent food when you’re feeling down? I just wanted a fresh Big Mac and fries! My recent experiences trying to find consistently good frappe options at McDonald’s locations in Monroe, West Monroe, and Bastrop had really lowered my expectations. However, today in Ruston, I ordered a chicken mocha wrap through the app, pulled up to the pick-up window, and waited for about five minutes. Suddenly, a woman appeared with a bag and a cloth. She greeted me warmly, thanked me, wished me a good day, and handed me exactly what I had ordered, along with some napkins and even a straw. I didn't have to reassemble my food or go home to fix it up. I also didn't have to fight for a refund because they actually had what I ordered (or more accurately, they chose to prepare it). This was truly a 5-star experience!

I encountered several problems with mobile orders not going through due to the system being down.
They constantly say the frappé machine is broken, even when it isn't. When I bring it up, they just ignore my concerns and ask what size frappé I want. Honestly, what the heck?
