JP sucks but just look past that.

We stopped by to order pizza on our way home, it was about 9:15 PM. We spent $51 on two personal pizzas and two drinks, plus tip. One pizza was made exactly as... read more We stopped by to order pizza on our way home, it was about 9:15 PM. We spent $51 on two personal pizzas and two drinks, plus tip. One pizza was made exactly as ordered, the other cauliflower crust, perfect pepperoni pizza with add- on toppings- basil, mushrooms, olives)... they forgot the pepperoni! Not one piece on my pizza! By the time I noticed, we were already in the car and it was 10 pm. It took us that long due to the cashier Conner, forgetting to bring out our order. Furthermore, while waiting for our forgotten pizzas , there were many people coming in and being turned away. I 'm not sure if they were offered to order take out or not.

Took about 10minutes to get asked about drinks, we both just ordered waters, didn 't get... read more Girlfriend and I went to the Farelli 's in Ruston, sat down at 450ish. Took about 10minutes to get asked about drinks, we both just ordered waters, didn 't get seen again till 530, by the same waitress who asked us have you been helped yet . We then order salads and firestix and she gets a lemon drop, takes 5 minutes for the salads and her drink and I 've yet to get my water. Takes about another 15 to get the fire stix, and that 's when we asked to see a manager and if I could finally get a water (had been well over an hour since we had sat down). We 've always had a great experience at all the Farrelli 's restaurants, but we left feeling let down and frustrated after the service.

Unfo... read more I really love the 6th Avenue location. The food is fantastic, and they have an excellent selection of beers on tap. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Pt Ruston location because we were not allowed inside. Dogs are not permitted on the outdoor patio, and if my dog can't join me, I'll take my business elsewhere. I will definitely continue to enjoy the outstanding food and service at the 6th Avenue location.
