This restaurant is similar in style to Chipotle, but their website hasn't been updated with the new higher prices—approximately 20% more. The food quality is decent, but the service is excellent.
You know, I was once a regular of this place. I used to come a lot, but this time, one of the workers made someone who was obviously new serve me, and they TOTALLY got it wrong. I tried to communicate with that person (whatever her name is) but either she couldn 't understand my Spanish or she didn 't know English. And I got repeatedly frustrated with her for not understanding me and she couldn 't even understand my lemonade request. If I have to get my order taken again by her, I 'm not coming back ever again. And I don 't like to write negative reviews, especially since I don 't usually review on Google, but this visit experiences a negative review. I doubt I 'll ever be back.
Bad service they don’t even know the language
