This is hands down the best frit I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty). At first glance, the frit looked a bit flatter than what you find in most places, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. It was absolutely spectacular. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits were incredible too—I never knew a sausage biscuit could be so good! There’s just something about the bread here that’s top-notch. I have to emphasize the frit again. Honestly, it doesn’t matter if this place isn’t on your way or if your kids are picky about fast food, or even if your partner wants something closer; none of that matters. You need to make the time to visit this place and experience what every donut shop should be striving for. I live four hours away, but I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back. Great job, Daylight Donuts! Keep it up!
