After that, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food.

I decided to order the chicken tenders.

I’ve never had an experience like this at Bojangles before. I arrived at 2:11 pm and ordered 20 pieces of chicken. When I was asked to pull forward and wait, I... read more I’ve never had an experience like this at Bojangles before. I arrived at 2:11 pm and ordered 20 pieces of chicken. When I was asked to pull forward and wait, I thought that was fine. After about 20 minutes, an employee came over and told us they had just dropped fresh chicken, so it would take another 20 minutes. I saw around 12 orders get served before mine. I finally received my food at 2:50 pm, and it took an additional 7 minutes to get a receipt. I was in the drive-thru for a total of 39 minutes.

Overall, I like Bojangles, but this particular location falls short. The staff are friendly, but accuracy and speed are not their strong points. I waited over 1... read more Overall, I like Bojangles, but this particular location falls short. The staff are friendly, but accuracy and speed are not their strong points. I waited over 10 minutes for a biscuit that I never received. Maybe it would have eventually come out, but after waiting 5 minutes at the window and then being moved up only to wait another 5 minutes, I had to choose between continuing to wait for one biscuit or being on time for my destination. I could have baked a biscuit in the time it took to wait, as they don’t take that long to cook. They also didn’t have large drink cups available. If you’re looking to sit down and have your snack made fresh, this is your spot. Again, the staff were friendly, just not efficient.
