After that, I was as... read more This is the worst Bojangles in the area. There were only two cars ahead of me, and it took almost 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. After that, I was asked to move to curbside to wait for my food, which completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Save yourself some time and money and go to the McDonald's next door instead.

The chicken was dry and ove... read more The fried chicken here is consistently good, but unfortunately, my husband and I decided to try the chicken sandwich meal this time. The chicken was dry and overcooked, nearly burnt, while the fries were also dry and overdone. We will definitely not be trying the chicken sandwich again! When you pay these prices, you expect better quality. The food does not look anything like the photos! It was a terrible experience. Once again, my husband and I have noticed that the food at this location is not up to the quality it used to be. Is this location poorly managed?

I ordered the tailgate special, but the drive-thru employee informed me that they had just run out of chicken and could not fulfill my order, despite having prepared three of the same items before mine. They offered to have more chicken ready in 25 minutes, but since I was using the drive-thru, I wasn't willing to wait that long. This was my third disappointing experience with this restaurant, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

When I was asked to pull forward and wait, I... read more I’ve never had an experience like this at Bojangles before. I arrived at 2:11 pm and ordered 20 pieces of chicken. When I was asked to pull forward and wait, I thought that was fine. After about 20 minutes, an employee came over and told us they had just dropped fresh chicken, so it would take another 20 minutes. I saw around 12 orders get served before mine. I finally received my food at 2:50 pm, and it took an additional 7 minutes to get a receipt. I was in the drive-thru for a total of 39 minutes.

I waited over 1... read more Overall, I like Bojangles, but this particular location falls short. The staff are friendly, but accuracy and speed are not their strong points. I waited over 10 minutes for a biscuit that I never received. Maybe it would have eventually come out, but after waiting 5 minutes at the window and then being moved up only to wait another 5 minutes, I had to choose between continuing to wait for one biscuit or being on time for my destination. I could have baked a biscuit in the time it took to wait, as they don’t take that long to cook. They also didn’t have large drink cups available. If you’re looking to sit down and have your snack made fresh, this is your spot. Again, the staff were friendly, just not efficient.
