This restaurant is terrible. It took 10 minutes to place an order at the drive-thru. I had to speak to three employees before they finally took my order. After that, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food.
I hadn't been to a Bojangles since my college days in 2000, so it was exciting to try out this restaurant after 20 years! I decided to order the chicken tenders.
This is the worst Bojangles in the area. There were only two cars ahead of me, and it took almost 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. After that, I was asked to move to curbside to wait for my food, which completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Save yourself some time and money and go to the McDonald's next door instead.
The fried chicken here is consistently good, but unfortunately, my husband and I decided to try the chicken sandwich meal this time. The chicken was dry and overcooked, nearly burnt, while the fries were also dry and overdone. We will definitely not be trying the chicken sandwich again! When you pay these prices, you expect better quality. The food does not look anything like the photos! It was a terrible experience. Once again, my husband and I have noticed that the food at this location is not up to the quality it used to be. Is this location poorly managed?
