I felt u... read more Despite my concerns, the manager insisted on continuing the transaction. After I inserted and tapped my card, she informed me it was asking for my PIN. I felt uncomfortable providing any information that I couldn't read myself, so I decided to cancel my order. I repeated my request to cancel twice. The staff was rude over a situation that should have been straightforward. They should really invest in a new terminal; it's not worth losing sales over something that could be easily resolved. It's not a good look for the staff to argue back in such situations.

Now, I’m stil... read more After about 5 minutes, they finally pulled around, and the next car in line took another 10 minutes before someone even spoke through the speaker. Now, I’m still waiting and it’s been another 10 minutes. This kind of service shows a lack of proper management. Another 5-10 minutes went by, and still no one acknowledged us or apologized for the delay. Finally, someone said hello, but unfortunately they were out of nuggets, tenders, and pot pies, offering only a little bit of crispy and original chicken. Wow, I wouldn’t have waited 45 minutes just to end up going somewhere else. It felt like they were cooking one piece of chicken at a time.

The woman on the microphone responded that she would have to check. I inquired about wings and was told they were available, but only as part of a combo. I ordered a chocolate cake, thinking it was a family size, but it turned out to be a mini. When I asked for a family size, she informed me they were out of stock. I also requested a receipt, but she said they didn’t have any. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include the gravy in my bag.
