Very good supermarket, you can find everything you can imagine, whether you want food, household supplies, utensils, prepared food, bakery, etc. There are bathrooms in this place although they always smell bad. There is very good parking, the location is good. There is a KFC inside, there are pharmacies among other types of businesses. This was the worst checkout experience I've had in years. It was extremely slow, understaffed, and just a truly unbearable experience. Asda really knows how to lose customers with their poor service.
I typically have no issues with getting my groceries delivered, but the past day has been a complete nightmare. I ended up not receiving most of my frozen food, and when I called customer service to request a refund, they accused me of lying and claimed that I never ordered certain items, despite having proof of purchase. I was shocked by their audacity. I will definitely not be shopping here again anytime soon.
Asda is a store that gives me value for my money the fruit veg is always fresh and Asda has a lot of products including household I do my weekly and daily shopping at this store it's open at 6 in the morning so it's convenient for me,5 stars all day long the only fault I find with the store is the AI checkouts which I don't like to use
Whenever I order online through anyone of the delivery partners I can never get my order delivered. I was so frustrated that I called the delivery driver, poor chap was like when he was at the pickup point the staff keep telling him there’s no one packing the order and they do not know the wait times. Please turn off your tablets if you are not going to deliver.
