Stayed here for football away day Brighton. The hotel was lovely and clean. Very comfy bed. We had lunch and dinner at the pub all was very tasty and the staff were really friendly and helpful with directions to get to the city ground. Very enjoyable stay. View all feedback.

We booked a table for 10 people and asked at the beginning if we could use a Blue Light card. We were told they weren't sure. However, we were only informed when the bill came that the card couldn't be used for groups over 8. Absolutely disgusted by the staff and the way they treat there staff!!!
Amazing stay!!! Hotel was ridiculously spacious and comfy. Staff are super friendly, helpful and polite, food and drink great value and quality....
The steak portion was small and full of fat, while the chicken salad was not enjoyable. The salad only contained lettuce and carrots, with a lack of tomatoes or cucumbers.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at this restaurant. My group of 13 friends and I were celebrating a birthday, and unfortunately, our expectations were not met.

Great place. Nicely set out . Good service. The vegetarian options are really not good. I will eat fish if I'm stuck. The menu planner needs to be a NON meat eater. Maybe check out the poppy and pint that's full of veggies.
We had 40 seats booked for a surprise 40th birthday gathering. Half the party were dining and the rest arrived a bit later for drinks. It was perfect. They reserved an area for us which worked great. The food was brilliant and reasonably priced. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Helped with all our queries and were flexible with plans. We ended staying longer than anticipated and ordered more food later. Everyone had a lovely time. It was the perfect setting with a great relaxed vibe. Plus our kids had fun playing outside on the little park which was a real plus.
The vegetarian roast dinner at this restaurant was delightful. The service was a bit slow because of a shortage of staff, but they were making an effort to provide the best service possible.
Great selection of food at a good price!
I made a reservation for my family on New Year's Day at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and we had a great time. The manager provided excellent customer service. They were out of the drink I ordered, but she went out of her way to offer a suitable alternative.

The first time we've been here before, great food and drink. service was also great. beautiful place to relax, inside and outside.
We stayed over for a couple of days. The room was very, very clean, beds comfortable and a lovely shower. The staff that we spoke to were polite and cheery. The breakfast was lovely choosing cooked breakfast one day and continental the next. A 15 minute bus ride took us into the town centre, perfect. Hopefully we will come back and visit again.
A large selection of food for everyone. I had a steak pee and it was nice to go with it with a lot of veg. there were child dishes for the young, and the price was very good in consideration of the quality of the food! the personal was friendly and offered crayons and a color leaf for young. the reason why I rated 4 stars was annoying that they had fled from the bark for a Sunday! would recommend everyone and will definitely return.

This is a very clean, comfortable and well-run venue, with welcoming and friendly. my friend and I stopped yesterday for lunch (on Sunday 9 januar 2022) and she chose the Sunday roast while I chose a vegetarian option. both were well cooked and presented and the portions were very generous and excellent worth for money.
