What potatofisher doesn't like about Maonis:
Terrible pet policy. It is a public outdoor area, akin to a park, and for some odd reason dogs aren't allowed. You aren't allowed to even walk a dog on the sidewalks around it in the evening when there are no events going on. Do their security guards seriously have nothing better to do than harass people walking their dogs? I know the nasty grass is fake, and I don't like walking on it myself, so my dog isn't going t... A unique addition to the many historical sights in the downtown district of rapid city. Live bands and events all summer and an ice skating ring in the winter, surrounded by a large variety of restaurants and specialty shops makes this a fun place that's cheap and convenient for family fun View all feedback.

Great place to hang out in Downtown Rapid City. The shops have VERY limited hours so hopefully you have the day off to visit them between 11 and 5 on a weekday.
