Giant Oaks Lodge - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Giant Oaks Lodge:
I was very disappointed by the customer service provided by the owner. I had booked a room for myself and two children as a solo mom. Upon arriving for check-in at the hotel, it was apparent that there was a health and safety issue with no heat or light in the room. The restaurant was cozy and luxurious with a view of the mountains. It is conveniently located next to the 76 station for snacks and the local cuisine. Unfortunately, the pool heating is not working, but the jacuzzi is in operation. View all feedback.
