Before the new management the sandwiches were consistent every time you got one. But now, you never know what you?re going to get, sandwiches made in different ways by different people. The consistency is gone, and consistency is the number one thing in the food business. I?m back to Marinos

Best sandwiches you?ll ever eat! This sandwich is so beautiful I could of done a full blown photo shoot. The sesame seed bread is the best part! The authentic Italian meets and the sharp provolone cheese I could spend all day thinking about.

Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes after the quoted time. The order was not correct. Front staff a person) was amazingly nice, but could not be for the slow careless kitchen staff.

I am regular at this point and the two girls who usually work the counter know me with name. Today, I guess it was the franchise owner working the counter and service was fast as usual and the sandwiches were good as usual. The owner has commented to one of the employees that they need to set menus is all bags or they could be written on. I understand and appreciate corporate policy, but I want to give a quick advice for this person, not discipline or threat discipline for your team members before customers or customers. We don't want to see it. Especially a customer who has a high opinion about your business. Staff discipline should always be private and confidential.

I ordered a buffalo cutlet primo ?hot?. Chicken was ice cold and had a strange texture. I love this sandwich and have ordered it many times before at other locations. Apparently they couldn?t take the time to cook the chicken at this location. I thought it was strange when they said my sandwich?s would be ready in ten minutes. Extremely disappointed and hungry. You would think for a 13 dollar sandwich some effort would have been put in.
