Charbon - Ruiselede

The food is absolutely amazing! It feels like an explosion of perfectly balanced flavoures with every bite you take. The service is on the same line as the food and the interior design of the Charbon: excellent. I'd recommend everyone to have a meal and be submerged in this flavour festival. My complements to the chef!

Always perfectly organized and super hot! And when you come out, you've eaten enough, not too much, not too little, literally, and I think I can be improved. Faster wifi (screaming access point) Probably that amount of users can't handle-- heat water to the toilets.

Thank you so much for making our party a TOP party. ! The food was delicious and the servant perfect, with a large choice of booze and good music, it couldn't be more piece!

The various dinner dishes were very good. Particularly the pearl hoen was super hot! Jan hasn't lost it after a few months' break. Chapeau also provides the good care of the room staff. We're definitely coming back!

We had last weekend, for us, a perfect wedding in Charbon! Trained and very delicious finger foods, fine tastings, cocktails/mocktails, Also, a topication.
