They asked us to wait in... read more Place the $50 order an hour and a 1/2 before closing. Got there food was not ready and facility doors were locked (with people inside). They asked us to wait in the drive thru for my food when my wife and I walked from our hotel next door. It was nighttime and 30° Terrible service and very rude on the phone. Refuse to stand in the drive-thru with 6 cars already there .I canceled my order.

The reason I am giving this a 2 star is because the chicken was obviously very old and stale. I wish this was not the case. If the chicken was fresh, it would have been 5 stars. However, it is a very dangerous and disrespectful to serve stale food, especially stale chicken. I hope they fix this problem.

They also included a 10% tip on the bill, which is marked as optional but feels more like a requirement. Overall, it wasn't worth the money at all.
