If you arrive after 9 pm you’re totally delivered to the robot system. No one is there to assist you with Checkin, finding your room or anything else. Also the emergency phone does not answer. On top of that you’ll be lied to with why there’s no AC in the room. Don’t waste your time and money here and go to a proper hotel with people you can talk to.

My family and I stayed here while we hiked the Liechtenstein Trail. The rooms are very spacious and nice and everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful. Our favorite experience at the hotel was the restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and the chef was one of a kind! He found out I had been craving a particular dish and personally made it for my family and I even thought it wasn’t on the menuand it was extraordinary! I am so appreciative of the great experience my family and I shared because of the chef’s kindness.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. Es gibt einen Self-Check-In der sehr einfach funktioniert. Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist kostenlos dabei. Die Lage ist gut und man ist schnell in Vaduz und auf der Autobahn. Kritikpunkte: Das Zimmer war um 14 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig. Normalerweise kein Problem, aber die Putzfrau war richtig unfreundlich. Das Frühstück ist wirklich nichts besonderes und da ist noch was möglich.

Fangen wir mal mit dem Positiven an: Die Zimmer sind schick, sehr modern, ordentlich und sauber. Man hat Privatsphäre und tolle Restaurants in der Nähe (Fredericks, Kokon . Negativ war das automatische CheckIn, welches nur mit riesigen Problemen funktionierte und uns beinahe ausgesperrt hätte... natürlich war Sonntag kein Mensch da und die Service Nummer funktionierte nicht... wir wären beinahe wieder abgereist. Ein anderer netter Hotelgast hat uns gerettet. Die Zimmer sind extrem stickig warm, nicht zu belüften und klein wie eine Hundehütte. Nicht mal den Koffer kann man vernünftig aufklappen. Zuerst wollte ich mich über eine fehlende Klimaanlage aufregen, bis wir realisierten, dass in Liechtenstein irgendein linksgrünversiffter Krepel ein generelles Klimaanlagenverbot erlassen hat... für uns klar: Hier ziehen wir nicht hin! Safety: Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher! Zutritt zum Gebäude nur mit Zimmerkarte! Food drinks: Sehr gutes Frühstück und tolles Personal. Mega Kaffee! Restaurant macht guten Eindruck. Wir haben nur nicht dort zu Abend gegessen, weil es zu wenig vegetarische Gerichte gibt (nur eins...
