I have been a customer at Mosaic for several years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff were disrespectful and abrupt during my visit with a friend for lunch. We arrived at 1:30 pm and ordered a sandwich lunch with a pot of tea at 1:35 pm. We received our food quickly, but were interrupted to pay while still drinking our tea. A staff member informed us that they closed at 2:00 and we had to leave, despite us not being finished. Shortly after, another staff member practically forced us out, just 35 minutes after arriving and placing our order. We were shocked by the treatment we received, especially as loyal customers. Rugby may be a small town, but negative experiences like this spread quickly. As a small family business in Bilton, we used to frequent Mosaic, but after this unfriendly and rude encounter, we will not be returning. It's a relief that not all businesses treat their customers this way.

Always an excellent place to visit. This coffee shop is the place to visit with friends in Bilton village. Staffed entirely by volunteers, it is a friendly, good-value lunch venue.

I have enjoyed the food at Mosaic many times now and I still keep going back. They offer light breakfasts and lunches eat in or take away. The people who run it are very friendly. You order at the till and everything is then brought to you. It is used by a wide variety of people from construction workers to just passing trade. I always meet up with a friend. We sit enjoy the good service and beverages served/
