The envir... read more EXCELLENT This is the right term to describe this beautiful fish restaurant unknown to me, despite living in the nearby municipality of Dicomano (FI). The environment, in perfect maritime style of the beautiful restaurants of the past beautiful Italy, transmits magic. The backlit astronomical creation placed on the ceiling in the center of the room is very particular. The retro style lighting, with the addition of spotlights, helps to create a different atmosphere compared to the many restaurants in the area. The geopietra references are beautiful and, despite the rationalist style architecture of the building, I believe they were inserted to create a trait d'union with Nature. The staff, professional, kind and discreet, represents the classic edge compared to the many, too many young people who improvise as restaurant workers. The tables, set with care and with the use of beautiful tablecloths, made me rediscover fabric napkins, which I thought were extinct. The welcome entrée was very welcome. Regarding the dishes, they were presented in an excellent manner, with attention to the smallest detail. They conveyed emotion to me both by looking at them and tasting them, a clear sign that behind the scenes there are real artists.
