Chy Carne Snack Shack - Ruan Minor

We had a fantastic week at Chy Carne camping with our family. Despite booking last minute during school vacation, they made sure we had pitches next to each other which were great! The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere at the campsite was very relaxed, perfect for a holiday. The facilities were excellent, especially the pizza shop which served amazing pizzas. We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the marquee, which were reasonably priced. The campsite was full at the beginning of the week but slowly emptied out as the week went on, making it easy to use the facilities like showers and washing stations. It was our first time camping for a whole week and we loved it, despite the 8-hour drive to get there. We are already planning our return visit next year. The only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay at Chy Carne camping!

This campground is absolutely stunning. We visited four years ago and loved it so much that we had been wanting to come back ever since. Finally, this year we were able to return with our son who needed to undergo two hip surgeries. We were not disappointed. The website has clearly improved over the years and made our experience even better.

This is an amazing camping spot with excellent facilities. The showers and toilet blocks are clean and the staff is fantastic. Brynn and Stan are particularly helpful. Don't miss out on trying the delicious pizza at the hotel's pizza shop.

We just spent a week here for our 1st year anniversary honeymoon. WOW! The park is stunning very well looked after by staff with clean toilet shower facilities. The staff are all lovely friendly. Food at the Shaka Carne hut is delicious served by the lovely Carol, the Marquee bar on site with the lovely Amee. The beach is just a stones through away absolutely stunning. Thank you to all the staff we had a amazing stay will be back next year xx
