Taco Bell - Royse City

Ordered a $7 order for freezes and pulled up just for them to tell me they don’t have the freezes. LMAO. lady at register was rude, didn’t offer me anything in substitution so i demanded sodas in return. i’ll just drive to lavon taco bell instead

Gavin gave us good customer service and great respect. Some of these young folks up front should get raises. Still good ones in this generation.

Understaffed and slow. The few teens who work there have the attitude of either wait or leave. The wait for food is up to 30 minutes. There was a guy there who came directly out of the bathroom after completing a #2 and didn't wash his hands. YUCK. Not to mention the food is overpriced and this particular Taco Bell barely puts anything in its tacos.
