I can't complain about the food. We love Sonic! The milkshakes are inconsistent. If you get one with m&ms, sometimes there are a lot, and sometimes you can't find any. Kids are very disappointed. Today, they put so much chocolate in a chocolate milkshake that there was a half inch of chocolate at the bottom and the rest (that was not properly mixed) had too much chocolate! It was terrible! I used to dislike this sonic location, because it was slow and the employees were rude. But I have to give it to them, they have stepped it up. Very kind employees now, and faster service. A friendly staff, goes a long way! Way to go RC Sonic.
Pick a different Sonic location.Called to see why ordering thru the app was having trouble. Manager said they do NOT honor the coupons and specials you receive from the app 's texts or emails. (Example: buy a fish sandwich and get a free small side. Nope, no free side. Even the small card pocket that holds a small tots or fries has PRINTED on it half price when ordered thru the app .
