Arby's - Royse City

New, clean business. Workers' bees work away, very helpful pleasant workers. The drive-thru is pretty busy. I got in. I ate half of my sandwich brought it home. It's very full. Curly Fries are delicious

This was the worst service I've ever received at an Arby's. I didn't get a receipt, when I mentioned the last time when I didn't get cheese on my $8 beef cheddar I opened the sandwich showing her how they're was barely any on the DOUBLE BEEF CHEEDAR I ordered she just said do I want to use the same card I just bought my $16 meal with. No sorry, no nothing. I don't even know how much anything cost bc I didn't get a receipt. This is unacceptable I will now drive 20 extra min out of my way to go to a different store. After being in the restaurant business for over 20 yrs I expect SOME issues, but not even being able to check how much I was charged for anything I got or being able to find out who I was dealing with that had such a blaze attitude about anything I said is 100% unacceptable I will find a way to contact the store get this sorted out. Their are way too many options for ppl to eat around here now... you should probably at least pretend to care about your customers. I was there on Sunday night @6:55 pm in the drive through. No AC with 100+weather which means a bad situation for the employees and the customers. Floor was super wet and they didn't have the caution signs out until I almost fell and said something. And when I say wet it was wet and you could see suds in the floor from the cleaner. Went there for the first time in 4 years and we won't be back. The girl running the drive-thru had a nasty attitude and argued with me about what I ordered, rolled her eyes, closed the window and then started mouthing off to her friends working there. The food was gross and there was hardly any ice in the drinks, which left them tasting warm. Don't waste your money at this location. Really can't say a bunch about this place looked like kitchen was dirty and the service was not great either.
