What Timothée Lebon doesn't like about Bbm Cafe:
Meals look really fresh and ingredients seem to be top quality. A lady came to ask if she could help us while we were browsing the glass jars. Restaurant is impeccable as is toilet area. However I thought the food didn't taste as good as...it looked and the restaurant lacked ambience. Also was a little expensive. View all feedback.
First time we stopped here it was an Irish pub then a restaurant now a bar brasserie, having tried the others tried it in it's new guise we really enjoyed our galette and crepe, staff friendly, the decor modern and clean.
I ordered a steak, the best one I had in France. It wasn't too hard to cut up or chew. The chips were good too. My fellow diners had fish with intact bones and skin - finicking with the bones not much to their licking....More
The food is good, the concept is interesting and the people are friendly. The place is very clean, service is efficient and, surprisingly for France, it's one of these rare places that enforced sound measures under the Covid crisis to stay open while keeping people...safe.
I enjoyed a lovely breakfast and could benefit from the nice atmosphere, good music and free wifi to work on my laptop for hours.
We visited here last year and because we liked it so much we came back for lunch. Last year we took jars home too. Lunch comes in jars ...you choose your starter , main and dessert in a jar...we had jars between us, which...was plenty....it is not cheap but it is lovely. We also came back because the English waitress was so friendly last year (she gave us a real english coffee last year and not a tiny French one
