Happy Friar - Royal Tunbridge Wells

One of the few Chinese restaurants/ takeaways open on a Tuesday. Had ordered a sweet corn chicken soup which was well made. Was ready within the promised time of 10 minutes. Menu has quite a mix from Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian cuisine, etc. Improvements : Accept credit cards without a minimum amount. Review terms with bank! Upload menu online.

Not the best Chinese I've had but in my top 10 I will eat there again soon I like the decor I've never ordered delivery but have ordered in shop

I had an amazing dining experience in London and tried several Chinese restaurants, but I was truly impressed by how delicious and fresh the food was at this one. I will definitely be ordering from here again, and the service was great too!

This restaurant is a hidden gem! It’s located in a quiet area with easy parking. The prices are great, and the portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend the ersatz rib!
