What Gilda Nicolas doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
When I inquired about the policy and tried to explain our situation, the door supervisor claimed to be the highest authority there. He then made a troubling comment, suggesting that because I questioned the policy, I was somehow the problem for all Black people. I had simply asked if the policy was set by human beings, and it escalated from there. He became aggressive, making gestures that felt threatening.

On my first day in Michigan, Michael made the experience truly exceptional. He served us quickly and efficiently, ensuring we were well taken care of.
