On my first day in Michigan, Michael made the experience truly exceptional. He served us quickly and efficiently, ensuring we were well taken care of. His recommendations for our meals were spot on for all three of us. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. This will definitely be my go-to Buffalo Wild Wings! View all feedback.
What Gilda Nicolas doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
When I inquired about the policy and tried to explain our situation, the door supervisor claimed to be the highest authority there. He then made a troubling comment, suggesting that because I questioned the policy, I was somehow the problem for all Black people. I had simply asked if the policy was set by human beings, and it escalated from there. He became aggressive, making gestures that felt threatening.

No wait to get a table. Wings were awesome and also the deal they had was great. They both a football and couple other games on. Tvs were clear and loud audio. Food was brought to us very quickly and great hosts. Overall a laid back atmosphere. The drinks were kind of expensive. The bar was mostly empty. A
Second time coming here. The first time was awful, but I chalked it up to a bad night and decided to give it another try. Took forever for the waiter to come by and take our drink order. Took forever for us to get our food. Our appetizer came with the rest of our food and none of it was hot! He checked on us once the entire time. It's safe to say we're done with this location.
Jasmine gave us great service. Came in for a work lunch break. She made sure our food was up and that we had time to eat it. The meal was delicious!
Expensive, but very good. Waitress was awesome, food was awesome. My first time eating there. One of the best meals I've had in a restaurant. I dined with Amish people unfortunately they don't tip well but I Hope the waitress knows she was appreciated.
I’m still really confused and disappointed by what happened Saturday evening. My friends and I (all of us 27, one 28) had just come from the 90s bar crawl that was going on downtown. We still had our wristbands on that note we are over 21.What I’m confused about, is that when my friends boyfriend went to grab her wallet (for her ID) we assumed since we were waiting for a table, we could use the bathroom. Apparently you had to have your ID checked just to use the bathroom? My friend was bleeding through her tampon, and we were chased down by two guys yelling. I assumed they thought we were trying to seat ourselves. Nope. We weren’t allowed to use the bathroom, while waiting for a table. I had to ask them if they were serious…. And they very rudely let me know they were. Listen I get it. Underage drinking is a serious issue, you have to worry about losing your license, but it wouldn’t have killed them to let us use the bathroom. Or to just not talk to us the way they did. It was ridiculous. You could’ve watched us and made sure we came back to the front. We’re not going to ditch our other friends in the waiting area to go and try to drink. I felt it was fairly obvious we were not young kids, and to be treated and talked to the way we were over it, is what made us the most upset. They finally “allowed” us to use the bathroom after all that. No apology for the aggression or the way they spoke to us. My friend cried in there from embarrassment and decided we were not going to be eating there. I’ve never experienced this at any other bar, or bdubs, so I guess I’m confused whether this is normal procedure or if the two employees were out of line. I would love to know.
